10.0Very upmarket and modern facilities, such as shutters, shower and a variety of TV streaming channels. Exceptionally clean with plenty of electronic gadgets and a variety of kitchen equipment. The owners were pleasant and available just next door or via text message.
− Perhaps there should be a short written guide for use of electronic equipment e.g. TV, coffee machine, hob, sensor lights, wifi reset.

Excellent property with nice hosts.
10.0Property was located in a quiet residential area. Free parking available outside the property on private drive. Was easy to get into Brighton without having the hassle of paying high parking fees. Room was to a very high standard, clean and comfortable and had everything I needed for a 4 night stay. Hosts were very helpful and accommodating. Would book again next time I'm in the area.
