Breathtaking and felt like home.
10.0Felt like I was staying with family. Perfect property, pool was cool, all the dishes and needs were there, they even made us donuts and cake upon our arrival. Sylvia and Peter were awesome.
− Not much but if there was one improvement I could constructively add is there was too much stuff we lacked counter space at times.
Delightful gardens with a castle backdrop. This apartment has everything you need.
10.0The garden is set with a backdrop of the Reichenstein Burg castle mound. The owner has spent the last 40 years designing and growing the beautiful plants. It is exquisite. There is a small pool, which is heaven-sent when you arrive back on a hot afternoon. There is easy access to the cycle path across the road where you can cycle by the Rhine into Rudesheim am Rhein and Loreley. The property has everything you require. Absolutely nothing has been forgotten and you have everything you need within the house. The owners are very hospitable.
− Parking is a little tricky. It is accessed by a very narrow single track road with a little stream opposite. However, it is possible to park with care. To enter the property, there is a gate and steps up from the road to the garden. The spacious apartment itself is reached by a steep set of stairs. All this is simple but perhaps would be more difficult with children or elderly. Also, with heavy e-bikes, - getting them from the road into the garden via the steps from the road would be difficult. However, the owners are very helpful and accommodating.
