4.0the location and the decor of the public spaces
− The room had no real window, just one, inner window, facing the shared dining room. There were no hot water in the afternoon and morning. The towels were old, ragged and felt unclean. So were the bed linnen.

7.0La ubicación y la casa estaban bien.
− El ventilador de la habitación estaba dañado y remendado con alambres y otros “parapetos”. Aunque nos dieron un ventilador de repuesto (bien pequeño y demasiado lleno de polvo), teniendo en cuenta que se hacen llamar un “hostal boutique”, este tipo de detalles no se deberían pasar en alto.
