Very spacious and comfortable place to gather as an extended family to climb Snowdon and explore from.

− Standard of cleanliness was just fair, dining table needs a good clean and polish as was sticky
Overall a good stay for a large group, would recommend booking and staying here.
9.0Spacious, host left a welcome basket. Clean and clear instructions per-checking.
− Flooring, it makes noise. You can hear it while staying on first floor even when someone was walking on the ground floor.

8.0− We felt the property information could be more detailed in terms of the very narrow streets and tight gateways at the property, and Sat nav’s were giving routes up and down the hill that were simply not navigable. Perhaps the hosts could produce a map for visitors advising on what is and isn’t ‘doable’?
