10.0Optimal gelegen und aufgrund der Mandarde und dem quasi "Dach-Balkon" ist es sehr ruhig. Man hört überhaupt keinen Straßenlärm. Einfach top.
− Gut Menschen mit geringerer Fitness weniger optimal, da viele Treppen zu bewältigen sind. Zuerst von der Straße zur Haustüre und dann im Haus nochmal einige. Für uns war's kein Problem.
