Inaccurate advertising and lack of communication
5.0The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The staff were great for trying to make the best of the situation. They were friendly and accommodating but put in a bad situation by management/owners. The view was beautiful.
− The fact they didn't tell us the hotel was flooded was the biggest fault. The food is vastly overpriced for what you get. Some of the menu is not available, and there is nowhere else around to get something more reasonable priced. I understand there is nothing they can do about the rising lake, but at least be honest and inform us. The prices are expensive considering both the food and condition of the hotel. Would not recommend.
Cinematic atmosphere
10.0Such a nice place with a wonderful view. The room was very clean and super comfortable. The atmosphere here was really nice although a bit sad that the water in the whole area is taking over . At the check out we had a little trouble with the included breakfast via booking.com but in the end, after a short call with the manager the owner talked to the staff of the hotel and made everything clear. It's been a very nice place and we would always recommend to others! 😀
