Lovely stay close to all amenities, easy to find and Tesco very near.

− Old water damage to the ceiling, I assume from a leak from the showers, this could have been cleaned and redecorated, looked a bit shabby only decorative.

− Slight hiccup when we first arrived but was rectified as quickly as possible to enable us to enjoy our stay.
Great location but needs some attention to detail. Value for money questionable due to cleanliness.

− Cleanliness. House was dusty in places, large stain on carpet in twin bedroom, Blanket in living room dirty. Light bulbs not working. Bin & toilet roll holder rusty. Front garden untidy. Value for money.

10.0Excellent! Great location being a short walk into Padstow with easy parking (massive bonus). The house was well equipped and really clean. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be coming back.
