10.0Bardzo czyste i estetyczne wnętrze, zadbane otoczenie, duży taras. Na parterze klimatyzowany salon z aneksem kuchennym (kuchnia gazowa z piekarnikiem, kuchenka mikrofalowa, toster, czajnik elektryczny, kawiarka elektryczna i ekspres włoski, lodówka i chłodziarka na napoje, naczynia, sztućce itd.), przestronna łazienka. W sypialni na piętrze wygodne łóżko, duże szafy.
− W sypialni nie ma klimatyzacji (jest wentylator). Strome schody wydające głośne dźwięki mogą być problemem dla osób potrzebujących korzystać w nocy z łazienki (na piętrze nie ma ubikacji) lub mających jakieś kłopoty z chodzeniem. Słabo działało wifi.
