Great location, lots of space
10.0Great location-safe entrance, walking distance to major public transport links, easy to get around Central London. Apartment was very spacious and clean. Quiet building. Easiest possible check-in: door code is sent on arrival day. And bonus—free luggage storage on check out day (we used the drop point at Victoria train station). Would gladly stay here again.
Horrible property and customer service not responsive
1.0Location was good. It was walkable to tube station, bus stops and few landmarks.
− Property is horrible and our stay had multiple issues: 1. Whole house was smelling musty when we entered the accomodation. 2. Ventilation unit was not working in rooms and bathrooms. 3. One of the fan provided was not working, other two had lots of dirt buildup in them. 4. House gets hot, you have to leave windows open, it was October. I can't imagine staying there in summers. 5. Dishwasher was not working. We complained about the issues and they sent someone who cleaned up the dishwasher and tried to fix ventilation unit. But one bathroom unit never worked and another one smelled musty and we didn't use that one. We complained again but their customer agent will just take complaint and no one will come to fix things. This is the hard part if you don't have anyone to talk to physically in the building you can't do much. So, we just survived our stay with all of the unresolved issues. After we checked out we got an email where they apologized for not fixing the issues and gave 25% off for future bookings at NUMA. I will never stay at any of there properties.
