I liked the place in general, I was just hoping to have a private pool for my kids to play for the weekend while being together for my mother's birthday. I liked the owner answered the phone very fast and gave me solutions every time with every situation.

− Overall, the pool area had an ant problem. Some of the ants appeared harmless, but there were also very small ants that bite. The jacuzzi initially appeared clean; however, once the jets were turned on, dirt and debris came out of the pipes, which made us question how thoroughly the system had actually been cleaned. The TVs in the bedrooms were also disappointing. In the bedroom with two beds, there is only one TV positioned in the far-right corner, which is not practical for both beds and did not adequately meet our needs. In the pink bedroom, the TV did not have a working remote control. We tried the remote that appeared to belong to that TV, but it did not work. The biggest issue, however, was the air conditioning. The AC appeared to be controlled remotely by someone outside the house. Despite our expectation that the home could be maintained at approximately 70°F, every night the temperature would increase to around 75°F in the middle of the night, even though no one in our group was changing the thermostat. In addition, the mini-split unit in the bedroom with the two full-size beds was not working properly. Another significant disappointment was that the listing photos appear to have been heavily enhanced using AI. The pictures present the property in a noticeably more polished and appealing condition than what we experienced in person. This creates unrealistic expectations for guests and makes the actual condition of the property disappointing upon arrival. In general, while the house had positive aspects, these issues, particularly the AC situation, cleanliness of the jacuzzi system, ants, bedroom TV setup, and the difference between the advertised photos and the actual property, significantly affected our experience.

De ligging en het mooie zwembad

− De airco installatie stond pal naast de slaapkamers en maakte veel geluid. Zelfs in de nacht werd je wakker van het geluid. Ook de airco in de slaapkamer maakte een vervelend geluid waardoor je deze in de nacht moest uitdoen. De toiletpapier mocht je niet doorspoelen maar moest je in een pedaalemmer doen.

The pool was wonderful and used more than any other at a property we have stayed at during our trip. Space wise there were 9 of us from an extended 3 generation family but we managed to fit and all managed to find some space to relax. The kitchen was well appointed and the 1 issue we had on arrival and resolved in minutes. We found everything we needed provided (including washing up liquid) which seems to be a rarity in Florida.

− Not being able to put toilet paper down the toilet took some getting used to for some of the group and an extra bathroom for a group of our size would have been useful but this place was wonderful value for money and provided the peace we needed within the middle of a crazy 2 week vacation
