9.01. Ótima localização: uma quadra da praia, próximo a mercados, farmácia, diversas opções gastronômicas e pontos turísticos. Dá para fazer tudo a pé. 2. Muito espaçoso. 3. Vista para o mar (até que o prédio em construção em frente não erga os andares) 4. Proprietária: várias ótimas informações importantes na pré-estadia, recepcão presencial, pedidos atendidos com atenção pela proprietária (toalhas, roupa de cama, ferro de passar). 5. Segurança no bairro e orla da praia para passeios a pé e prática de esportes.
