6.0Accomodation was a reasonable size and had the facilities for a holiday break.
− Some things were not up to standard: No hot water when we arrived. Fixed the following day by the holiday company. Thank you. Poor water pressure and flow in the bathroom. The shower head was also broken. Poor WiFi that kept coming and going despite rebooting. Sofas in sitting room need replacing. They have lost any support and are uncomfortable to sit in. The kettle in the kitchen needs replacing as the lid does not function any more.
Overall a pleasant stay in a well placed location.
6.0Quiet location with pleasant views. Property was clean and tidy. Easy to keep warm with the electric heaters. Good supply of cutlery and crockery. Plenty of off road parking. Well positioned to explore Crail and other locations.
− The shower above the bath was a bit cramped and the water flow quite weak. There was only cold water at the basin in the bathroom. It was quite difficult to find the cottage as it was not on a recognised road. As there was the possibility of a £100 fine if we entered the property before 16:00. we waited on the drive from 15:30! Recycling was not encouraged. Would have thought there would be two bins. Everything went into landfill.
