Brilliant stay for our family trip to London
8.0Great location. Perfect for a family of 4 however there is no sitting room (which we knew before we booked) only a dining table with chairs. Lovely breakfast basket and bottled water left for us to use which was a nice touch. Communication with host was prompt and clear.
− Pillows were lumpy and bed wasn't too comfy.

− Not much of an issue for us…there are about 4 flights of stairs. Can be challenging for people who have mobility issues.

8.0Logement propre et fonctionnel. Proche de la gare de Saint Pancras (Eurostar). Literie confortable. Chouettes attentions à notre arrivée avec un panier garni et eau à disposition.
− Hall de l’immeuble pas très propre. Dommage qu’il n’y ait pas un endroit où se poser confortablement en dehors du lit ou de la table à manger.
Gemütliche Ferienwohnung in günstiger Lage mit freundlichem Gastgeber, ein paar Renovierungen wären nötig.
7.0Die Einrichtung der Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll und gepflegt. Busanbindung direkt hinter dem Haus sehr günstig. Es gab ein üppiges Begrüßungspaket mit Snacks und Frühstücksgebäck sowie vielen Wasserflaschen.
− Treppenhaus renovierungsbedürftig und dreckig, auch in der Wohnung Sanierungsbedarf bei Böden (im Küchenbereich wurde bereits provisorisch Trittschalldämmung über den Kunststofffliesen aufgeklebt, die auf den Fotos zu sehen sind) und Fenstern. Der Wasserdruck der Dusche ist sehr schwach, das Wasser nur mäßig warm. Der Kontakt zum Gastgeber war nie persönlich, aber auf schriftliche Anfragen wurde immer schnell und freundlich geantwortet. Check-In und Check-Out problemlos.

8.0The host was always available when needed and very kind to leave some sweet treats and plenty water during the heatwave. Spacious enough for the four of us.
− It’s not that we didn’t like, but there were so many steps up to the apartment. The bathroom window doesn’t lock and it would probably be better if the tv was on the wall in the kitchen area so everyone can sit and watch together.
