Clean space, comfortable bed, and excellent location near metro.
10.0The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The check-in process was smooth once we watched the video sent by Francesco. The property was a 3 minute walk from the metro station.

Bello, ma problemi col check in
5.0La stanza era molto carina e pulita. Inoltre la posizione era davvero molto buona.
− Ho avuto problemi al check in. Avevamo concordato un orario di arrivo (circa ore 20.00) via whatsapp e avevo già inviato i documenti per velocizzare la registrazione, dato che avevo un impegno alle 21.00. Avrei comunque scritto l’orario preciso dell’arrivo una volta definito con maggiore precisione, cosa che ho fatto alle 18.50, scrivendo su whatsapp senza ricevere un feedback. Al mio arrivo (alle 19.30), non ho trovato nessuno e nessuno rispondeva ai messaggi e alle telefonate fatte ai contatti forniti. Alle 20.10 sono dovuto andare all’appuntamento, senza alcun segno di vita dell’host, senza chiavi per entrare e senza un’idea su dove avrei passato la notte. Stavo contattando Booking per segnalare la cosa e trovare una soluzione alternativa quando l’host si è fatto vivo (ore 20.55), scusandosi e dicendo che era dal commercialista e gli si era scaricato il telefono. Ci siamo sentiti al mio ritorno in struttura (23.10) e a quel punto mi ha inviato un video con le indicazioni per entrare. Che se me l’avesse inviato prima, non avrei passato 1 ora e mezza in ansia per capire dove passare la notte. In sostanza, se vuoi fare le cose da remoto bene, ma quando devi accogliere un ospite, non puoi permetterti di saltare l’appuntamento e di avere il telefono staccato per 2 ore. Non è un imprevisto, è fregarsene.
