Wunderschöner Aufenthalt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!
9.0Wir waren insgesamt sehr, sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt. Ein ganz großes Lob geht an das gesamte Personal und das Service-Team: Alle waren außergewöhnlich freundlich, aufmerksam und extrem hilfsbereit, man fühlt sich direkt herzlich willkommen. Auch der Poolbereich war sehr toll und stets sehr sauber. Sonnenschirme und Liegen standen immer zur Verfügung, sodass stets ausreichend Platz da war. Wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!
− Ein paar kleine Dinge haben gefehlt: Auf dem Balkon gab es leider keine festen Sitzmöglichkeiten wie einen kleinen Tisch und Stühle sowie keinen Aschenbecher für Raucher. Wir haben uns aber einfach zwei Stühle von drinnen nach draußen gestellt und das Problem damit schnell gelöst – also keineswegs etwas, das den tollen Aufenthalt getrübt hätte! Bei den Betten waren unsere Matratzen leider nicht ganz so komfortabel – bei unserer Cousine, die zeitgleich dort war, waren die Matratzen allerdings vollkommen in Ordnung. Das betraf also nur unser Zimmer.

8.0Large, airy apartment with stunning views from the balcony. The kitchen was reasonably well equipped but having read reviews, I was prepared and brought our own travel kettle and sharp knives. The swimming pool is the real highlight of this complex. It is large, beautifully maintained and perfect for kids. It is surrounded by beautiful countryside and a lovely garden. Hyele is a good base for exploring the area and there are plenty of options for food and drink in the nearby Marina Casal Velino. We enjoyed going running in the early morning - there are some beautiful routes from the complex. Plenty of parking is available and free. Check in/out was smooth and plenty of information was provided by the property owners.
− Very uncomfortable beds. No furniture on the balcony which is a shame because it is a stunning spot for sitting and enjoying the peace. The apartment floor and cutlery in the drawer could have been cleaner.
