Avoid. Dirty... No hot water...

− The place had a mouse dead at the door for a few days. The mattress is dreadful and, worst of all, no hot shower in the shower called a few times to report the issue and got excuse after excuse. The hot water came back after two days, but no apologises, no acknowledgement. Basically my advice is avoid it at all costs.
