Wonderful place with lots of space and the private beach at the Garda lake. Everything what is needed is there. For a moment or two you can you can sit back, relax and enjoy the view with a place full of history. The side garden is great for a warm days where the small river runs, which gives nice cool breeze. The given location data wasn’t accurate since will lead you to the parking by the lake 1km away. Thanks to someone previous review we found the place without much problem. Overall 10/10

We all called it our 'palace' for the week. Very good communication especially important when travelling abroad. Very helpful with adding in a travel cot and we were met and welcomed by Alice who was super helpful. Thank you so much for a wonderful week around the lake. The beach is easily accessible across the road and we particularly liked the automatic gates .

Sehr viel Platz. Toller Privatstrand.

− Leider waren die Böden im gesamten Haus sehr schmutzig. Auch die Terrasse war leider sehr verschmutzt (Blätter, Äste, Kartonreste). In der Küche befindet sich ein großer sehr unappetitlicher Holztisch. In den Tischfugen befinden sich sehr viele Speisereste.

Amazing house in an amazing location. There was lots of room with plenty of space to spread out. The house has lots of character with old pictures and furnishings. The kitchen is large and the host gave an extension lead so that we could run two fridges given the heat. The bedrooms are well decorated to a more modern style with comfortable bedding and towels provided. There is a dishwasher and wachine machine so you don’t need to overpack. Fresh hot water on demand from the boiler. The location is excellent and a surprise was that you have private access to part of Lake Garda shoreline so can stay away from the crowds. We were met at the property and shown around including how to operate the electric gates which allow private parking off the street. Two bicycles are provided aswell as a barbeque and sun loungers with patio furniture.

− The directions for the house from Booking.com and Google maps will take you to approximately 11 Via Roma. The house itself is 60 Via Roma approximately 1 km back towards Sala than Google maps puts you. The gate is marked number 60 and there is a zebra crossing at the gate which makes it easier to find once you know how. The main living area of the house is older and hasn’t been modernised like the bedrooms. This adds to the overall character of the place but does mean that several of the light fittings on tables and sideboards didn’t work although they may have just needed replacement bulbs. I would also like to see a carbon monoxide alarm beside the boiler although this is well away from the sleeping area and may not be an Italian regulation. Nothing though that wouldn’t be a quick fix, would bring the score to 10, and certainly I would love to stay there again.
