Immaculate, quiet, and brilliantly hosted near the Colosseum

I'll start with the location — it's literally a 7–8 minute walk from the Colosseum, reached by a brief stroll through a park. Despite that, it sits on a very quiet street, and the apartment faces an internal courtyard, so it's wonderfully peaceful. On cleanliness: this was one of the cleanest apartments we've ever stayed in. The fact that it's owned and personally maintained by an individual, Marco, makes all the difference. Marco himself was beyond supportive. He helped us with our suitcases (there are a few stairs and a 20-metre walk inside an imposing building to reach the apartment), shared plenty of useful information, and let us drop off our luggage a couple of hours before check-in and after check-out. On arrival we found cold water in the fridge, soap and shampoo in the bathroom, and all the kitchen consumables you'd need. Communication was flawless throughout, with lots of recommendations for nice places nearby. The apartment comfortably accommodates a family with two kids. The living room is a bit small, but this was clear from the description and photos, and it wasn't an issue for us at all — we were there mainly to sleep. The bedroom and bathroom are quite spacious, and there's a small semi-separate kitchen equipped with everything necessary. It offers every amenity you might need, including Daikin air-conditioning in each room. The description and photos are spot-on — we received exactly what we expected.

Really surprised . Marco was great with everything, check in (earlier) / check out , info related to touristic point, food, transport in Rome / transport from to Airport and I use all of them. Really helpful, many many thanks. Close to colosseum and Domus Aurea, close to metro stations, to bus.... The apartment was very cozy, completed, clean....really nothing to complain

− Absolutely nothing to complain. I would like to have in my next trips something similar from all perspectives. We all like it and for sure I will recommend this location to anyone asks me;
