− Der "hot" tub wurde maximal 30°C warm aus "ökologischen" Gründen - dafür lief dessen Pumpe unnötigerweise immer und lärmte. Die Dusche ist ein Rinnsal - unabhängig der Tageszeit. Noch ein zweiter Haken im Badezimmer, würde den Komfort schon deutlich steigern, oder auch dass sich dessen Türe lautlos öffnet und schliesst. Die Terrasse vor dem Eingang ist sehr eng für einen Tisch mit vier Stühlen und zwei Liegestühle.

10.0Overall, we had a very pleasant and comfortable stay. Everything was exactly as shown in the photos (if not better), with an excellent Caldera view and a great location almost midway between two of the island’s three main hotspot towns, both within walking distance. The apartment was spacious, and there was public parking nearby; outside the high season at least, it seemed fairly easy to find a space. Reaching the property involves some steps and footpaths, but compared with other accommodations offering a similar view, it is only a short and relatively easy walk from the public road and parking area. The host was flexible with checkout, responded quickly to an issue with the jacuzzi, and also gave us helpful recommendations on places to visit and where to eat, which we especially appreciated as we were visiting outside the full season, when not all shops and restaurants were open.
− No real negatives, except that the cleaning team apparently had not been informed about the late checkout and arrived at least 20 minutes before the agreed checkout time, seeming surprised that we were still there and/or not everything was yet prepared. The room is at the end of a narrow lane, which gives a nice sense of privacy; however, that feeling was disrupted when they suddenly came in, and even when we explained that we had late checkout until 1, they replied, “Well, it’s a few minutes to 1 anyway” leaving us in the awkward position of having to rush to get ready while they waited outside on the terrace.
