Bel appartement: pas parfait mais confortable
7.0Appartement 3 chambres grand, confortable et propre. Belle vue sur le fjord. Propriétaire très réactif.
− Immeuble en rénovation: hall d’entrée moins propre. Une porte de l’appartement était brisée et ne pouvait pas être ouverte de l’extérieur. Odeur d’humidité dans la salle de bain. Appartement au rez-de-chaussée, avec un autre appartement à l’étage; pour notre part, on a eu des voisins bruyants qui ont nui à notre sommeil malheureusement.
