− 这家酒店真的很让人失望。 房间本身还可以，但员工对待工作极其不负责任。我带着需要冷藏的贵重药品出行，特意请求前台帮我把冰袋（保冷剂）放进冷冻柜，因为我需要带着它们赶7个小时的路去深圳。 结果因为员工的疏忽，冰袋根本没有被冷冻好，导致我的药品在途中变质损坏。这是非常昂贵的药，就这样被毁了。太令人气愤了。

9.0Great location, restaurants and shops within walking distance. Friendly staff who also helped me to book a didi when my app wasn't working. Lovely stall nearby where you can buy fruits which they will cut up for you. Laundry facilities available. Breakfast mainly chinese, but ok

The staff are friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any request, which made our stay especially pleasant. What we appreciated most was the support provided before our arrival. The team offered useful recommendations and even assisted with booking tickets to local attractions, which was incredibly valuable and made planning our trip much easier.
