10.0I recently stayed at **Hotel Shangrila** and had an absolutely wonderful experience! We had booked the room online, and to our surprise, it was even better than expected. The room was clean, cozy, and comfortable — the bed and shower were great, the toilet was neat, and the AC worked perfectly. Even though the hotel is near the roadside, the rooms were soundproof enough that we weren’t disturbed at all — probably due to noise-cancelling doors. The hospitality was top-notch — from reception to room service, everyone was friendly and helpful. The restaurant was another highlight. After returning from India after a long time, having such tasty Nepali food felt amazing. The chowmein, momo , wings, and lollipop were absolutely delicious. For dinner, we tried the chicken thali set, and it was just perfect — full of flavor and served hot. I highly recommend Hotel Shangrila to all travelers looking for a clean, comfy, and food-friendly stay in Nepal. Will definitely be visiting again!

− Room wasn't properly clean and neat. It looked as if the room was closed for many days. Bathroom too.was not clean .
