− It was perfect,but booking.com charged for housekeeping but we cleaned ourselves during our stay,I will appreciate if we get our refund back please

2.0The house was very nice, we could have really enjoyed it.
− We didn't have power on our first night and the morning of checkout, the owners did not warn us during booking. Its worse because we took a cold shower, that place needs backup.
