− it had everything you needed but could have done with a few homely touches. However, for a weekend base it was perfect

7.0We had comfortable beds, washing machine, car park, wi fii. Close to bus stop. Quiet neighbourhood.
− Six of us for 3 days had one tea towel to dry dishes, no hand towels in bathrooms, and only 1 towel per person. When I asked for extra towels was advised it would be another £50. Both toilet seats and lids are broken, dishes chipped, and some dishes hadn't been washed thoroughly. A home manual would be good with advice about trains and buses as we were around an hour away from the CBD, also where shops and eateries are in the area. The house could do with a thorough clean, especially bathrooms and cupboard insides, gardens outside weeded especially the entry garden. I understand this wasn't a five star and you get what you pay for but if you want to lift your ratings and price you'll need to remedy the issues. Nowhere to put suitcases apart from on the floor, and nowhere to hang towels to dry.
