5.0주인이 활기차고 굉장히 친절함. 교통 편리함. 가성비 있음. Luggage keeping 해줌. 청소및 수건 매일 깨끗하게 해줌.
− 정말 작음 .piccolo!! 방에 가방 열어놓기도 힘듦. TV 는 작고 벽에 붙어 있어 침대에서 잘 보이지도 않음.
Comfortable and everything I needed
8.0Close to the station. I liked the entrance via the courtyard which felt very safe for a solo traveller. Shared a map with local attractions highlighted on arrival and gave information about travel around the city without being asked.
− Nothing to dislike. For a 2* hotel it is a good find.
A relief to stay where I didn’t feel threatened
6.0Staff were very helpful, after I walked out of the Overseas Guesthouse accomodation following the flooding of my room and water damage to my passport. Will Booking.com compensate me for the replacement of the passport? Hotel Hollywood was comfortable, its air conditioner worked properly. Very well located only 5 minute walk from Roma Termini station
− The shower’s protective plastic thing for when you shower was broken. It had a very old fashioned creaky lift

Brilliant location on a budget!
8.0Excellent location close to Termini station! Staff very helpful, advising now we can use Julia (The Rome specific AI) amongst many other things!
Very basic and no frills but ok location
5.0The location was good for local trains and buses being 5 minutes from main station. It’s about 25 minutes walk from Colleseum and other landmarks. It had good air conditioning.
− Outdated decor, tiny bathroom, no tea or coffee, if being fussy.
