8.0The apartment and apartment building was very clean. The Wi-Fi was excellent. The Nespresso machine was very nice. The bathroom was very functional. Checking in process was convenient.
− Our apartment was situated on the 4th floor with no lift. Activity outside the apartment building was sometimes noisy late at night. The location next to the Russell Underground was convenient, but the Russell Underground Station only has supersize lifts to accommodate customers, no escalators. So not very convenient location when it comes to the Underground Station.

9.0My husband and I had stayed at this property and also at Russell Square 3 times now and we will return. The units are more spacious than the average London hotel room. Also, the whole property is safe, clean and well lit. We love the neighborhood. Very residential and away from the tourist crowds. Tube, stores and restaurants close by. Complementary laundry facilities onsite. We like it so much that we brought 8 of our friends there this last visit.
− If I must choose a negative, it’s street noise at times. But it didn’t bother us.
