1.0Die Lage des Hauses war wie beschrieben.
− Das Appartement hatte nicht die bei Buchung vereinbarte Größe (es fehlte das abgeschlossene Schlafzimmer). Da die Buchung ein Geschenk war, habe ich das erst an Hand der Reisefotos gesehen. Der Besitzer hat sich geweigert einen finanziellen Ausgleich zu zahlen.

6.0Die Lage des Appartements ist super. Unweit zur Innenstadt und zum E-Werk gelegen. Die Größe weitläufig und die Ausstattung des Bades mit Regendusche klasse.
− Die Fenster bedürften einer dringenden Reinigung. Es gab keinen Matratzenschutz auf dem Bett. Unpünktlich verlief der Check-In. Der Schlüssel lag um 15 Uhr nicht vor. Meiner Anfrage um früheren Einlass wurde auch nicht stattgegeben. Aber dass ich einen Anruf tätigen musste, wo denn der Schlüssel bliebe, war lästig. Der Aschenbecher stand dann auch noch voll auf der Loggia. Wegen des anhaltenden Geräusches kam am 3 Tag ein Mitarbeiter und bestätigte mir die Lärmbelästigung. Die versprochene Ermäßigung erfolgte nie.

− Für ein Zimmer für 3 Pesonen fehlen definitv Sitzmöglichkeiten ( nur 1 Stuhl vorhanden). Auch wird mit einem Balkon geworben, welcher auch aufgrund fehlender Sitzmöglichkeiten (weder Stuhl noch Tisch) leider nicht genutzt werden kann.
