− A VERY BAD SERVICE I GOT THIS TIME AROUND. A BOOKING MADE AND CONFIRMED ON THURSDAY WAS CANCELLED WHEN I WAS CHECKING IN. LEAVING ME STRANDED FOR ACCOMMODATION. IT WOULD SEEM THAT THERE WERE GUESTS FAR MORE IMPORTANT THAN ME - COMPELLING THE OWNER TO CANCEL MY CONFIRMED BOOKING AND OFFERING TO REFUND. THIS TREATMENT LEFT ME SHOCKED AND NEVER WANT TO USE THE FACILITY ANY LONGER.

8.0− The streaming services on the TV weren't working at all. Only YouTube was working and it also kept cutting. The mattress kept leaving a hole when I woke up/got up from the bed
