7.0חדר שינה וסלון נוחים.
− נזילות במקלחת. מכונת כביסה ומייבש מחוץ לחדר, במרתף, משותפת לכל החדרים בביניין, בתשלום על כל כביסה וייבוש. ריבוי הודעות של החברה המפעילה את מלון הדירות: דרישה לתשלום מיסים במזומן לפני ההגעה, הוראות ניקוי החדר ואופן פינוי האשפה וכו'.

− Im Badezimmer waren kaum Ablagemöglichkeiten. Im Eingangsbereich gab es nichts um eine Jacke aufzuhängen.

9.0Sehr gemütliche und liebevolle Einrichtung. Alles notwendige ist vorhanden. Die Bushaltestelle ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen sowie ein kleiner Lebensmittelladen. Schöner gemeinschaftlicher Außenbereich mit Sitzgelegenheiten. Viele nützliche Infos vor der Anreise.
