Lovely little gem with a fantastic host

For a self sufficient stay this cost effective home has everything you need. Particularly well provisioned for skiing with racks, boot drying room and kitchen facilities.

− The town of kappl is a bit light on things to do or restaurants if you do choose to eat out. But there are bigger towns in the valley if you have a car or using the free 260 bus.

Top, aardige host, prima ruimtes, goed gelegen. Aanrader voor 10 personen.

Het was een prima accommodatie verdeeld over 2 woonlagen met 4 slaapkamers met ieder een eigen douche, wastafel en toilet. Super. Het enige minpunt vond ik dat er weinig kastruimte was per slaapkamer. Dus uit de koffer geleefd, maar prima want veel heb je toch niet nodig. Parkeren was even wennen met de helling, maar ook prima voorzien.

− Het aanmeldproces voor 10 personen verliep nogal stroef maar uiteindelijk heeft de host het overgenomen en was het zo geregeld.

The family that run the apartment are really kind and helpful and a pleasure to meet. Spacious apartment with great storage for skis and boots. We used the ski buses to get around and that worked fine for us. It is an uphill walk on the way back, about 10 mins, but much easier than hiring a car.

− Some soap for the hand basins would be good. Everything else was perfect.

Cozy and nice affordable accomodation for groups/families

Everything was excelent. The hosts waited for us and our rooms were ready 2 hours in advanced the checkin hour which was really helpful. There are enough parking spots (covered). The entrance is down some stairs but quite accesible. The view form the rooms is really nice and the souroundings are pitoresque and quite. There is a ski room with heat for skiboots where you can also dry clothes (very helpful). The kitchen was big enough for 7 adults and we had everything we need for cooking. There are beer and wine glasses (very nice). The fridge is big and also there is a dish washer. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms each with bathroom. 2 of them have nice balconies with nice view. The place is quite and the hosts are always there if you need something. We were using the slopes in Ischgl so for several days with took the bus to get there. Not the best way (there is a hill u need to climb down to the bus and up from the bus) but is a short walk (max 10 mins).

− Nothing actually. Everything we did not like we could discuss with the hosts and manage.
