7.0La casa esteticamente è bella e la posizione non è male, con un grosso parcheggio vicino. È un appartamento che, nonostante il prezzo, ha ottime potenzialità se solo ci fosse più attenzione ai dettagli.
− I servizi erano decisamente insufficenti: mancavano i saponi, sia per il piatti che per lavarsi, poche posate, poche stoviglie e padelle. C'era la macchinetta del caffè, ma solo due capsule a disposizione. Il rotolo di carta igienica e di scottex già iniziati.. In generale poca attenzione alla fornitura dei servizi. Bene la presenza della lavatrice e lavastoviglie.

9.0The location was an easy walk to the center. The apartment was extremely clean and everything was brand new. It was tastefully done and extremely comfortable high quality towels and appliances.
− The only thing missing that was really important was a microwave. This made it especially difficult since the stove was unfamiliar and difficult to use. Another suggestion is that there should be manuals, explaining how to use the TV and the appliances.
