Ok as a crash pad for a couple of nights.

− Noisy from flat above - soundproofing is poor. Stale smell - probably from pub kitchens
Excellent location, comfortable bed. Would stay again.
8.0Very spacious and clean. Plenty of bed linen, towels. Smart TV was a bonus..I was only expecting Freeview. Clear instructions to enter the property with codes for keysafe and door. Lovely to have an outside courtyard.
− Noisy footfall from above throughout the stay. Sounded like a herd of elephants. Previous guest's half-eaten bag of crisps in the cupboard.
Would not visit again. Terrible communication.
3.0The check in was easy and smooth. The room looks like on the pictures.
− We booked an apartment for three people. When we came in, the sofa bed for the third person was broken and not usable. Provided contact number did not work and responses through email were slow and not helpful - the contact person sent in cleaner to "fix it", which resulted in the cleaner making the broken bed just look like it works (it still did not, if you sat on it, the bed split in two pieces). If the bed was not broken, it would be an alright experience. Not great, not terrible. But like this it was just terrible.
