6.0− Коммуникация с персоналом. Потому что в апартаментах отсутствовал интернет или с ним были проблемы. Пытались связаться,но, за 3 дня не кто не ответил. Сложилось впечатление что после того как заплатили деньги к нам интерес пропал

Great location, but cleanliness and maintenance need improvement
4.0The location was excellent, and £180 for a three-bedroom property was a reasonable price.
− the apartment did not match the standard shown in the listing. The bedding was not clean, the pillows smelled of sweat, and the main mattress was so uncomfortable that we could feel the springs. The Wi-Fi, most sockets in two bedrooms, and one fan did not work. The washing machine and dryer were full of clothes. The bathroom, towels and fridge were reasonably clean, although the bath mat was dirty. Good location and price, but cleanliness and maintenance need major improvement.
