10.0Extremely kind and accommodating owner, clean apartment with a great location - maybe even more so if you are young and either traveling solo or with a partner due to the proximity of most student-centered city amenities such as clubs. On the other hand, even if you aren't interested in those, don't let their proximity scare you off from renting here because they do not meddle with your stay at all as the nightlife activity is completely inaudible inside of the apartment, you won't even know it's happening til you reach the lobby floor of the object, so your sleep will not be messed up. :)
