9.0Schönes Appartement, viel Platz und nett eingerichtet. Die Küche hatte alles, um vernünftig zu kochen. Dazu zwei Balkone, so dass man von mittags bis abends die Sonne genießen konnte. Super Lage, alles fußläufig zu erreichen. Und dazu noch der nette Pool im Innenhof - perfekt!
Schöne Ferienwohnung mit toller Lage im sonnigen Örtchen „Tazacorte“.
8.0Die Lage der Ferienwohnung mit dem Blick aufs Meer ist sehr gut. Zum Zentrum und den Geschäften von Tazacorte sind es nur ca.450m. Die Entfernung zum Strand von Tazacorte ist mit 2,5km auch gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Parkplätze vor dem Haus oder in der Tiefgarage sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Auch zur Bushaltestelle sind es von der Wohnung aus nur 400m.
− Die Wohnung ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, war aber trotzdem sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die beiden Bäder könnten mal eine Renovierung auf eine begehbare Dusche vertragen. Für Menschen ohne körperliche Einschränkungen aber problemlos machbar um über den Rand der Badewanne zum Duschen zu gehen. Die beiden Sofas sind durchgesessen, hier wären mal „Neue“ angebracht.
