Very tired apartment. Lovely host and good communication.
5.0Excellent communication from Max who met us at the property and showed us around. It’s in one of the quieter locations near the Vatican although there is constant traffic running past the apartment so expect a lot of noise when you try to sleep. There is a washing machine which is very handy. Also an oven which we did not use. Nice little balcony to sit on.
− The shower, quite honestly i couldn’t even look at it when i used it. It was black with dirt at the bottom of the doors and this could very easily be scrubbed by the cleaner. Air con was very poor. Whole flat needs total modernisation. Pillows very hard and one spare was filthy. We paid £650 for three nights including taxes which i now feel was very overpriced. I would have liked a sofa to sit on but i appreciate there was probably no room. I had expected a few breakfast items but there was only a packet of biscuits and some long life milk, coffee and tea provided.

− A bit noise from traffic outside, light sleepers might want earbuds. A bit far from city centre, but bus goes right outside.

9.0Max was extremely friendly & helpful from booking through to whole of stay. Facilities explained and additional complimentory drinks & snacks. Perfect location with The Vatican behind the apartment, up tye steps to the entrance within 5 minutes! Metro close by and numerous shops, pharmacy, restaurants, cafes. Absolutely rate this apartment & would stay again. Thank you so much.

Pleasant apartments.
7.0The apartment was spacious and well appointed. We were met by Max, who was really nice and walked us through the property, explaining everything really well. The apartment is close to small supermarkets and local restaraunts, which was good. Good air-conditioning in both bedrooms.
− The apartment is a little tired, and would benefit from a deep clean in the bathroom. There are some nefarious characters who gather to sit on the structure across the road, who may cause some visitors a little concern. The apartment would benefit from a new bathroom/kitchen, but was adequate.

8.0La climatisation fonctionnait bien. L’appartement est sympathique. Max l’hôte vraiment agréable et réactif. C’était vraiment bien dans l’ensemble.
