8.0Die Wohnung an sich ist schön. Die Lage ist auch sehr gut. Kurze Wege zum Einkaufen und in die Innenstadt. Mit dem Auto erreicht man in kurzer Zeit diverse Bergbahnen in der Region. Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war unkompliziert via Whatsapp möglich.
− Die Sauberkeit war leider nicht so gut. Es war geputzt, allerdings war das schon einige Wochen her. Es war daher staubig und gab ein paar Spinnweben. Die Wohnung stand wohl eine Zeit leer und war daher auch sehr kalt. Ausstattung in der Küche war eher sparsam. Wenn man mit mehr als 2 Personen anreist sollte man noch einen Kochtopf mitbringen bzw. Kochgeschirr wie Kochlöffel...

Geräumige Wohnung mit Optimierungs-Potenzial
7.0Ruhige Lage in einer Wohngegend, ca. 10 min Fußweg vom Bahnhof und in die Innenstadt entfernt. Die Wohnung ist ordentlich eingerichtet. Auf dem Balkon kann man die Sonne genießen.
− Die Unterkunft war nicht einwandfrei gesäubert. Auf den Fußleisten lag eine dicke Staub-Schicht, hinter dem Bett lagen große Staubflocken. Die Küchen-Rückwand und die Wand hinter dem Mülleimer war voller Flecken, der Dyson Staubsauger enthielt den Dreck der Vormieter, die Toilettenbrille war ebenfalls nicht gesäubert. Wir haben uns daher nicht wohl gefühlt und haben einige Bereiche (insbesondere Schlafzimmer, Bad und Küche) selbst gereinigt. Der Vermieter hat angeboten, dass eine erneute Reinigung stattfinden könnte, zu diesem Zeitpunkt hatten wir jedoch schon selbst die für uns notwendigen Reinigungen durchgeführt.
