Перше враження складає персонал на рецепції ! Їм треба бути більш любʼязно зустрічати та заселяти людей !!!!

− Персонал на рецепції не приємний ! Хотілося вибачитись за те що приїхали таке відчуття !! Вікна погані та чулося витяжки з вулиці Гуділи всю ніч При поселенні також не сказали , що вода гаряча з бойлера і її вистачає на мало , Я не встигла покупати дитину , і треба було чекати щоб нагрілася вода 45/60 хвилин Було вже десята година вечора , і прийшлося вкладати не митого після важкої дороги ! Це в другий раз коли я зупинялась в цьому готелю ! Та останній раз !
