8.0It was a heat wave in the Uk and they kindly put in the room a potable air conditioner.
− Only two pillows in the room. Needed to be at least four.

10.0The room was quiet, clean, and comfortable. The location was lovely, easy to walk to restaurants and shops, and a nice change of pace from Central London. Would love to stay here again.
Outstanding beautiful accommodation just a shame about the complicated tv
9.0Everything anyone could wish for in the property and all very modern. The air con was a must for the temperature we had there. The automatic front door was good for carrying luggage in and out but then hindered by double doors going into the apartment which automatically stayed closed so difficult to carry luggage through and open both doors. I understand the outer door with the keypad automatically closing but would be better if the inner door could be held open.
− The inner door mentioned above and for us the price as we were only sleeping there and having breakfast as we stayed to visit our son and family in Twickenham during the day and evening. We were planning to stay here over Christmas for 4 days again to visit our son but at over £800 so over £200 per night to sleep and breakfast is just too dear so we will do our usual and stay at a hotel in Twickenham which is less than half that price. Being over 70 we had terrible trouble trying to operate the tv on terrestrial channels, we had been watching a World Cup football match at our sons and came back during half time but ended up having to watch the 2nd half of the match on our iPads as we just couldn’t get the channel on the lovely big tv??? and I’m usually fine with technology!! no doubt I would have sorted it out if we were staying during the day but I’m sure a lot of older people will have really bad problems with this having to sign in on arrival and again out when they leave.

− The only issue was that it needs air conditioning. The room was too hot and the fan provided was inadequate. If it had AC it would be perfect.
Super accommodation and facilities, well maintained and cleaned. Would highly recommend.

− There was nothing we didn’t like. However there was minor irritation in that the shower door got in the way to adjust temperature and flow.
