The Hotel That Never Was
1.0Nothing as when arrived it was an abandoned building in total disarray , boreded up ans absolutely no a single sole to be found Absolutely disgraceful
− What didn't I like !!!! There was nothing to like as it is an abandoned Hotel This had been booked months ago as just somewhere to stay the night as we where travelling from Leeds to attend a wedding the next morning not far from Hotel Knowesgate. Could not believe it when we arrived to find it all shut down We had been travelling all.day it was getting late and we needed to find another place to stay bearing in mind we where out in the middle of no where in Northumberland. Was not a nice feeling at all Absolutely fuming!!!

Contacting us as we were travelling to the property by saying “Sorry the hotel is now closed” is disgusting.

1.0− So I booked the room on booking.com for 3:00-4:00 in the morning as I needed a room immediately, I received an email from the hotel & the check in wasn't the time I selected, it was 15:00-18:00. Those times would be useless. I phoned the Hotel & I said I needed to check in now, & I was told to phone up later on as the receptionist ain't here. I won't be paying a fee due to lack of miscommunication from you to booking.com Can't rate when I haven't stayed.
