Schöne Lage, herzlicher Host aber leider Bettwanzen
4.0Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und kommunikativ. Wir hatten interessante Gespräche und fühlten uns anfangs sehr willkommen. Die herzliche Art der Gastgeberin hat uns wirklich gefallen.
− Leider wurde unser Aufenthalt durch ein gravierendes Problem überschattet: In der Unterkunft kam es zu einem bestätigten Bettwanzenbefall, von dem wir selbst betroffen waren. Wir entdeckten mehrere Tiere und entwickelten typische, teils stark entzündete Bissreaktionen. Besonders enttäuschend war, dass bereits frühere Gäste dieses Problem öffentlich gemeldet hatten, die Gastgeberin jedoch gegenüber diesen Gästen bestritten hatte, dass ein Befall vorliegt. Dass wir trotz dieses bekannten Risikos ohne entsprechende Information in die Unterkunft eingecheckt wurden, empfinden wir als äußerst nachlässig und unverantwortlich. Die letzten Tage unseres Urlaubs waren geprägt von starkem Juckreiz, Schmerzen, Schlaflosigkeit und erheblichem Stress. Zusätzlich mussten wir großen Aufwand betreiben, um unsere Kleidung und unser Gepäck gründlich zu behandeln, um eine mögliche Verschleppung zu verhindern.

8.0Our host Janja was very friendly and welcoming. Upon our arrival, we were offered coffee, homemade rakija, fruit, and cookies. She also provided a lot of valuable information about the area and recommended restaurants to eat at.

10.0Niesamowicie przemiła Pani ugościła nas w apartamencie. Sam apartament bardzo przestronny, posiadał wszystko co potrzebne, bardzo dobrze wyposażona kuchnia. Okolica cicha i spokojna w pięknej miejscowości. Balkon z super widokiem na góry!
