Fell well short of our expectations compared to other places we have stayed at in Italy

− Felt a bit basic I.e just enough to meet the minimum requirements. We missed the fact that it did not have air conditioning (our mistake) but in the hot summer months it’s unbearable with just fans. The boiler was faulty before we arrived so we had no hot water during our stay. The host asked via WhatsApp if I could help fix it which I happily did with no luck. Very disappointed that the property clearly hadn’t been checked properly. No information on appliances, or local sights etc.
