10.0Property is next to the train station for easy access, beds are really comfy and there is everything you need. Makes a great base for visiting all parts of London and great value.
− Nothing. Some reviews grumble about noise but it is London!!

9.0Very comfortable
− No tv
It served a purpose
5.0The bedding was clean. The iron was a good quality. It was close to the venue we were attending which was good. There is a lovely pub just around the corner and there is a Sainsbury Local quite close.
− The stairs to the property were steep and winding with no windows. I would've been good to know this before booking. There were three timed lights, the middle one didn't work making it very difficult to see your way up the stairs. The carpet was dirty. In the accommodation, there were no light shades on the bulbs in the kitchen and bedrooms. The windows are single glazed and the bedrooms faced a very noisy main road, so made it difficult to sleep. There was an electrical wire underneath the rug in the Kitchen, not sure what it was connected to, possibly the fridge
