1.0− When we arrived at the Cottage it has been not in appropriate shape and as advertised on booking.com. Ongoing work in the larger house, very dirty pool with dead animals not usable and outside area very dirty with furniture partly damaged. The owner offered a 30% discount if we use only the smaller house and for our discomfort. Unfortunately, after 4 weeks there has been non pay-back and the property is not responding to messages. Case has been escalated to booking customer service and I am in preparation for legal disputes.
