Wir werden dieses Hotel nicht mehr buchen und auch nicht weiterempfehlen.
1.0− Hunde sind nicht willkommen. Obwohl 40 Euro pro Tag gezahlt werden, haben wir für unseren kleinen Dackel keinen Schlafplatz vorgefunden, noch nicht mal ein Korb, Decke etc. 2 benutzte Näpfe standen lielos in einer Ecke im Bad. Unmöglich, niemals mehr in dieses Hotel.

8.0Sehr sauber, sehr freundliches Personal, hübsches Hotel.
− Das Zimmer war gefühlt 300m entfernt von der Rezeption. Dass man den Koffer über viele Treppen selber tragen musste, ist mit Knieproblemen unangenehm (die Treppen waren angegeben, aber dass es so weit war und so viele, nicht). Zimmer kleiner als angegeben (ca. 20m2 und sicher nicht 28). Da wurde wohl der nichtnutzbare Flur mitgerechnet. Keine Kaffeemaschine auf dem Zimmer (steht zwar auch in der Beschreibung, aber müsste eigentlich bei dem Preis Standart sein, auch wenn man die Beschreibung vorher nicht genauer gelesen hat). Aber den eigentlich im Zimmer vorhandenen Wasserkocher hätten wir erst auf Nachfrage bekommen. Ob ich für einen Teebeutel extra hätte zahlen müssen, weiß ich nicht. Bad super sauber, aber gefühlt aus den 90igern. Dusche leider nur in der Badewanne, nicht extra. Fernseher ungünstig links vom Bett wegen der Dachschräge, die das Zimmer noch kleiner wirken lässt.

Guests traveling by car should take the exit Deidesheim on the A65 and should approach the hotel via Bahnhofstrasse. Cars may be parked at the hotel entrance, staff will then park them in the property's car park.
four-legged friends are very welcome in our regional restaurant "Sankt Urban" and in some of our rooms, pets are not permitted in our gourmet restaurant "Schwarzer Hahn" or in our breakfast venue.
