9.0The apartment, facilities, and views were great. The pool and lounge were great additions for us and was very comfortable
− There is something up with door locks in the room. The main door and the bathroom door locks seems to stick when you lock them. The walk down to main strip is easy, the walk up is a bit hard, but that's not the apartment fauly.

10.0We only wanted to stay in Sarandë for one night but we really liked it and stayed 3 nights. The apartments have everything you need, they have a nice pool area and a beautiful rooftop bar. The Owners are really welcoming.
− Parking can be a bit tricky at night, you may have to walk a bit but there are enough options if you go into some side roads

Un séjour correct mais beaucoup de points négatifs

− Dans un premier temps, nous avons eu des difficultés pour trouver la résidence. L’adresse sur Booking est pas vraiment exact. Ensuite, nous sommes arrivé devant la résidence, il fallait monter au Paradiso Lounge pour chercher les clés, ce qui n’est pas indiqué sur Booking. Une personne nous accompagne ensuite à notre chambre, qui de plus était déjà ouverte, et repart sans nous donner la clé, ni nous donner d’information complémentaire (pas d’information sur le petit déjeuner, sur les horaires de la piscine, sur le check out,..) Suite à cela, nous sommes reparti le revoir pour lui demander la clé, il nous a donne des mauvais horaires sur le petit déjeuner.. Nous remercions la personne qui gère le petit déjeuner qui nous à tout de meme servi le 1er jour. Ensuite, dans la chambre, la propreté est à revoir : serviettes avec des taches, le frigo qui est tenu avec un épingle à linge avec de la rouille et sale. La télévision ne fonctionne pas puisqu’elle n’est pas branché à la TNT, la salle de bain avait des problèmes de finition (tiroir de la salle de bain qui tombe à nos pieds, la douche qui se décroche du mur,..). Les murs sont super fin, on entend forcément toutes les conversations des voisins.
