− Bathrooms were not clean. Staff were rude

− One aged person approach was not good. He was not replied properly particularly in hotwater bath. The hot water not came to my room and we have approached the person and that person informed that coal buring is going on and it will take more time to release hotwater. Such type of irresponsible approach spoil reputation. Other than that entire staff approach is good.
