Great room, conveniently located
9.0Breakfast buffet was very good. Room was spacious, with excellent air-conditioning. A nice bathroom, shower was decent. The hotel is located very close to the main shopping street in central santander.
− When it came to pay, the staff member said my card didnt work. This meant a short trip to a nearby bank to get cash out, which incurred a small fee. I queried with my bank, who said there was no issue whatsoever with my card (evidenced by the fact that my card worked in a cash machine), and that the bank record indicated thehotel staff member had processed it wrongly. However when i tried to email the hotel to tell them this, they rejected this out of hand and said there was no error on their part. A dosappointing end to a lovely stay.
