Bel hôtel moderne dans un coin calme à l'écart de l'agitation des bars et des restaurants à 10 mn à pied du centre. Piscine bien appréciée. Belle et grande chambre avec terrasse. Literie confortable. Possibilité de se garer dans la rue de l'hôtel.

− Pas de chaise dans le coin bureau pour s'asseoir malgré la présence d'un canapé.

Хотелът е много чист и поддържан. Всички от персонала са много мили и отзивчиви. Искам и специално да отбележа и да благодаря за съдействието от тяхна страна по повод на екстремна ситуация с моята приятелка, която няколко дни беше със зъбобол и в края на почивката, бузата и се поду и се наложи да търсим спешно съдействие от зъболекар. Момичетата направиха всичко възможно да ни съдействат и да ни свържат със зъболекар, за което сме изключително благодарни !

− Единствено като съвет, бихме препоръчали на хотела да подсигурят и други възглавници (по-твърди), защото тези които бяха налични не бяха никак удобни.

Not a Place to Rest – Noise, Smell, and Discomfort

They took out the trash every day and changed the towels regularly. We reported the noise coming from the pool, and the staff did speak to the people causing it. The receptionists were helpful, but despite their efforts, we would not choose to stay here again.

− The room was located on the ground floor, right next to the pool. Unfortunately, this turned out to be the worst possible location. Breakfast is served in that area, so from as early as 7:00 AM it becomes very noisy. However, the bigger issue was at night – even until 5:00 AM, people were gathering around the pool, laughing, shouting, and partying, making it impossible to rest, even with earplugs. There were no mosquito nets, which would have been essential given the large number of mosquitoes. One day when we returned from the beach, we found a large dirty stain on the bed sheet, which was very unpleasant. On that same day, the shower wasn’t working properly, and it took quite some time before we managed to get it running again. The bathroom, and especially the shower, was very small and uncomfortable, and there was also a nasty smell coming from the drain. Another big issue was the toilet – every time it was flushed, it made a loud screeching noise, which could be heard even at night whenever someone used it.
