8.0El hotel tiene un hermoso diseño moderno e impresiona por la amplitud de sus instalaciones y la vista. El personal es extremadamente amable.
− Como suele ocurrir en México, el servicio deja mucho que desear. El personal simplemente no está bien capacitado, y se necesitan varios intentos antes de que finalmente se consiga lo que se desea. Esto no debería suceder en un hotel de este rango de precios.
